retentionletter.com is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC. Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes retentionletter, a done-for-you client newsletter service for insurance agents, and publishes articles. The price shown is $300 a month, with $800 due to start: a one-time $200 setup plus the first two months. After that the service is month to month. If you become a customer, the terms we agree with you at signup govern the paid service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it in ways that harm it, and no unlawful use.
Our content and brands
The words, drawings, logos and design on this site belong to us. You may link to and quote from our articles with credit. Anything you send us, such as your photo, logo or client list, stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service.
Third-party links and services
Our articles link to other sites as sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranties
This site and its articles are provided as is, for general information. They are not legal, insurance, compliance or financial advice. We do not promise any particular result from a newsletter.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
