Who we are
retentionletter is a done-for-you client newsletter service for insurance agents, at retentionletter.com. retentionletter is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC. Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area.

What we collect

This site has two forms: the sign-up form and the contact form at the bottom of every page. Both run on greetform, our own form software. The sign-up form loads from app.greetform.com; the contact form is sent through this site to greetform. This site has no accounts and no payment pages today.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer you, to set up your newsletter and to send it. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your client list for anything except sending your newsletter to your clients.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run retentionletter: website hosting, form software, analytics, email, and email delivery software for the newsletters we send. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser details, and approximate location. We may also use advertising and measurement tools from other companies. Our hosting provider may set a cookie that is strictly needed for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries and messages for as long as we need them to work with you, usually up to three years. We keep a customer's agency details and client list while they are a customer, and delete the client list within 90 days after they stop, or sooner if they ask.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe link. To ask, use our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
California. California residents can ask to know, correct or delete their personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
European Union and United Kingdom. This service is offered in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK and have sent us information, you can make the same requests and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this site or what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
